Kids · Grandparents · Multi-generation visits
Prague is steeper than it looks. A 60-minute private cabrio tour spares small legs and bored grandparents alike — and the cars themselves are the entertainment.
Two of the five tours seat up to six guests: History Trips Prague’s 1-hour Mercedes 770K (€165) and the same operator’s 1.5-hour Mercedes 770K (€219). Both fit two parents and four children, or two parents, two grandparents and two kids, without splitting the family across two cars.
The cars themselves — chrome, leather seats, the chunky steering wheel, the way the engine sounds. Drivers usually let curious children sit up front for a stretch (one guest can sit next to the driver) and stop for photos at the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Recent family reviews repeatedly mention drivers making personal stops at viewpoints the standard route doesn’t cover.
All five tours include free hotel pick-up anywhere in central Prague — no walking children across cobbles to a meeting point. The roof closes for rain and snow; cars are heated in winter. The 60-minute option is usually the right length for under-tens; 90 minutes works well from age eight upwards. Car seats aren’t available — older children only.
Add a note at booking with your children’s ages and any photo stops you’d like. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up means there’s no risk in booking the morning slot the day you arrive — handy if the weather forecast looks unstable.
Live prices and ratings update every hour. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.
